Will you provide a shipping label?
Yes. After you accept our purchase offer, we’ll email a FedEx shipping label for your convenience.
How long is an offer valid?
Our purchase offers are valid for 14 days.
What happens once my watch is shipped?
Each watch is inspected for authenticity and performance. If an issue arises that was not disclosed, we provide an updated offer. You can accept it or have your watch returned at no cost to you.
Why do you require my ID?
State law requires us to collect identification for transactions like these. We cannot proceed without it.
