How are your prices determined?

Are your watches authentic?
Yes. Every watch we sell is 100% genuine. Our expert watchmakers inspect each timepiece for authenticity, performance, and condition using modern tools and proven techniques. You can buy with confidence knowing every watch is certified authentic.

Is it safe to purchase a watch online?
Yes. All transactions are protected with advanced encryption. We never store or view your credit card information, making online purchases secure and worry-free.
Buying Watches
Where do your watches come from?
Our watches come from trusted sources, including individuals and reputable U.S. wholesalers. Each watch undergoes strict inspection for authenticity and performance before being serviced and listed for sale.
Will my watch come with the original box and papers?
Whenever possible, yes. Some pre-owned watches may not include the original packaging or documentation, but this will always be clearly noted on the product page. Authenticity is never compromised.
Do you sell brand-new watches?
Yes. We do have a variety of watches. While our focus is primarily on authentic pre-owned & certified watches, we generally have a selection of new watches on inventory. Pre-owned watches offer excellent value without sacrificing quality.
Does my watch have a warranty?
If a transferable manufacturer warranty exists, it remains with the watch. In addition, all watches come with our one-year Swiss Dreams Watch warranty for peace of mind and support.
Are prices negotiable?
Prices are set according to market trends, but many listings include a “make an offer” option. While offers aren’t guaranteed, it’s a chance to find a price that works for you.
Do you offer discounts for wire transfers?
Yes. Wire transfers receive a 3% discount. Watches ship once the payment clears.
What payment options are available?
We accept credit cards, wire transfers, and some financing options.
Shipping Information
When will my watch ship?
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Specific timelines are noted on each product page.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship exclusively with FedEx for reliable and insured delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed once your watch ships.
Can watches be shipped to a PO Box?
No. Insurance requires a physical street address.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all U.S. orders over $2500 with overnight delivery included. Flat rate shipping of $50 for all orders under $2500
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. International buyers are responsible for customs, import taxes, and fees. We cannot declare items as gifts or undervalue shipments.
